The UE context modification modify the established UE Context partly at EnodeB (e.g. with the Security Key or Subscriber Profile ID for RAT/Frequency priority). The procedure uses UE-associated signaling. This procedure is initiated by MME with message UE_CONTEXT_MODIFICATION_REQ to ENdoeB.Following parameters may be modified- the Security Key IE.

– the UE Security Capabilities IE.
