System Information Block Type 11 in LTE

·         SIB 10 provide support for the Earthquake and tsunami warning system (ETWS).ETWS is an example of a public warning system (PWS).

·         ETWS warning notification can be either primary (short notification delivered within 4 second) or secondary(more detailed information)

·         SIB10 broadcast primary information where SIB 11 broadcast secondary information.

·         The message identifier is 16 bit s string which define the type of ETWS notification

·         Serial number it is  a string of 16 bit used to track my changes in ETWS notification

·         Warning message segment type indicateswhether or not the included message segment is the last segment of the complete message.

·         Warning message segment number represents the number of subsequent message segment. This number is used when reconstructing the complete message. it can be allocated between  0 and 63.Indicatewhether or not the subsequent message segment is the last segment belonging to the message.

·         Warning message segment provide actual segment of the message.

·         Data coding scheme is identifies the alphabet and language used for ETWS message
